PRECON is a sheet waterproofing membrane for blindside applications. Membrane is manufactured as a non-woven fabric, elastomeric membrane, and proprietary core. Membrane rolls have approximate dimensions of 50ft x 48in. Membrane is used in pre-applied, blindside applications with concrete subsequently applied against it. Side lap is 6in.
