HighPoint Power Vent HT

HighPoint Power Vent HT is a low profile, off ridge, galvanized steel, static vent for use on steep sloped roofs with minimum 3/8 inch thick OSB or minimum 15/32 inch thick plywood. Vents have approximate dimensions of 15-3/4 inches x 20-5/16 inches by 5 inches tall.

Product has a Design Pressure of -167psf (ASD margin of safety = 1.5:1) when installed with eight (8) 0.115in x 1-1/4in smooth shank roofing nails (ASTM F1667 NL RF S Q - 58 Z) placed 1 inch in from each side at the corners of the flange and mid span of each of the four sides. Fasteners shall penetrate through sheathing.
